Be careful not to let it go too long. If it is foxtailing due to excess of nitrogen it will keep foxtailing and if you wait to harvest until the new growth is ready the older parts will be degraded. My first plant ever was a Northern Lights Auto Flower, I fed too much Nitrogen and it foxtailed...

That foxtailing looks like it could be from too much Nitrogen during flower. Have you scoped any of the areas without foxtailing to see if it is ready?

Were they from seed or clone? They do look small to me for 4 weeks but healthy otherwise.

If I had to make a bet I would say female, they don't look anything like the balls male plants get. It is early but I really think it will start showing pistils soon.

It looks like a nitrogen deficiency to me. Are you checking the PH of your water every time you water your plants? Are you sure your PH Meter is calibrated? I use an air-stone to remove chlorine from my water and my last grow I would get the PH in range then use that water until the bucket...
