I think it could replace a 600 hps. Dealers choice with the option. The Solux 350 does produce heat with the driver mounted. Massive passive heatsink. Doesn't get super hot. I should really change the name of the thread. The area I made is roughly bigger than a 4x4 space. The light is mounted...

That or just never have the light on full blast. Always good to have more light required for the space. Can help the efficacy of the led light, as well as the lifespan when using the dimmer correctly

With it being winter, I won't mind the extra heat from this fixture. Would definitely need to try their bar style light for say in the summer months
