Top Dawg is the go to source for all of those. lots of people have decent SourD but the other 2 I'd stuck with Top dawg

the first time I used it wasn't til 2nd week into flower. used it til week 6. buds outpaced the branches and couldn't support the weight. had to tie everything up. my current veg mix is some ewc, kelp meal, coconut powder and a 1/2 tsp recharge per gallon of water. explosive growth.

basics to follow when using latest gen diodes (Samsung lm301b or lm301h, Bridgelux EB3, etc) Veg - 15-20w per sf - 4000 to 5000k is usually best. "cooler" blue spectrums help keep the plants short and bush out, and keeps the internode length short Flower - 30-40W sf - 2700k to 3000k is ideal...

I hate the pushy hydro shop sales tactics as much as you. Recharge is awesome stuff tho. Not as messy as using straight molasses, and you get some other stuff like fulvic + humidity acids and some micros. My plants always green up and have a big growth spurt within 24-48 hrs anytime I've used it.

the simple answer is go get a new AC. if that isn't an option this is one case when a swamp cooler wouldn't be the worst choice. if you can drop your temps a few degrees and increase your humidity a bit. just make sure the humidity isn't too high and you have some good airflow movement

awesome! they are really nice folks. they are close to me so luckily i can just grab stuff at the warehouse and save on shipping. also their factory is in Turkey, and the quality of the aluminum is really good vs most of what is on the market.
