You're right - Bud Rot! Exactly what I was afraid of with all the cold/wet weather we've had lately. And it was fast. Nothing there the night before. I've cut away all the rot and hope there isn't any more! Definitely Thrips! I've been spraying w. SNS-203, but it hasn't killed them off...
