It's not stunted. At about five weeks if it's under 4" it's probably going to stunt but even then it could take off. If you can keep it warm it should be fine. Looks good, BTW.

Buildasoil is pretty easy too. Of course they have that schedule, but I ignore the schedule and just add local inputs occasionally.

I've seen that before in my own grows and don't know how what causes it. But it should grow out of it. You will need an exhaust fan to help manage heat and humidity, if that's what you're asking. One or two oscillating fans in the tent should be fine. Just try to avoid blasting the seedlings.
