I you have a camera, could you supply an image of the plant?

I think there may be other elements lending to the "underwater appearance" too. It's hard to describe. The photo seems "in focus, yet hazy."

That's a pretty powerful light you have there. How close is it to your leaves? And, is the curling only happening on leaves closest to the light?

I figured it had some funk going on. I'm glad yours went away after a while. Amusingly, I remember the reviews for the product being completely divided. Some people were repulsed by the smell, while others felt it was no big whiff. I guess I am in the aforementioned camp.

I bought a SCROG net from Amazon that looked just like that. It had this "bungee cord" quality about it. Stank like industrial fumes or something so I had to throw it in the garbage (stunk up my whole house).

I've never used Worm Castings personally. I could be wrong, but I thought a small scoop of that stuff is all you need. I'm a big advocate for adding extra perlite to the soil. I fill my pots with a 1/3 perlite and 2/3 soil mix. But, I don't add anything else to the soil aside from nutrients...

They'll adapt. It's a transitional phase, man.

I wouldn't personally prune any leaves off, regardless of their condition at this point. If anything blocks a bud site, I'd just tuck the leaves.

So basically the plant doubles in height after the flip (rarely triples). So, you just do the math and determine how tall the plant can get (and still maintain enough distance from the light's highest position).
