Next time Avoid using anything except room temperature pH adjusted water until the first week or two.

That looks like it could be to much nitrogen already. I'd wait it out for now then if it gets worse flush them or just when it comes time to water next make sure you get lots of drainage out the bottom to clear any built up nutrients
