You can pick up perilite and vermiculite in 2-3 cu foot bags cheap at lowes or OSH. I buy whatever base soil is on sale then add my own mix. Fox farms is good if you want to take no chances and got $$$.

you can repot anytime be gentle try to use same exact soil if possible. I have uprooted girls weeks into flowers with no issue. the extra roots that will grow will bring better yield

If you have a reason to transplant, then do so. A hearty plant will adapt well. Be gentle and you will also see more yield from the extra roots that will grow in.
