YES!!! finally someone has come out with this idea also.. I Had a 10x15 foot room about 2 years ago i got 2 light movers for it and had the light moving acrross room... i had 1000w hps ON 12/12 and I addED a 1000w mh, I turn on mh 4 hours into the day and 4 hourse before end of day.. it worked...

for the first question no cold will not affect the thc level.. but i can effect the size of your buds... and for the yellowing of the leaves this could be a couple things.. ie not ebnought water light problems nut problems ect.... i do cut of the deing leaves when they are 50% or more damaged

you can add nutes thrue ENTIRE cycle get a good fead chart IE advanced nutrients fax farm or botanicare and start feading use the fead chart like a bible and the results will me amazing

works great for me i do the same start under floros then move to 250w mh i keap the light about 18 inch away from the tops.... but like cee said dont get them in direct light EXPECIALLY with 1000w!!!!! i give direct light but HUGE diffrence from 1000 to 250
