I use Fox Farms Happy Frog Soil. Then I add about 20% more perlite to it. Thats it. I would use #4 .. but no one down in Los angeles Stocks it .. my hydro store which is a bit of a drive to get to sells the big happy frog for like 11.05 which I have not found that price beaten anywhere else...

On my tea days I just used recharge at 1 tsp per gallon and slf100 1tsp per gallon, ph the water to 6.4 .... add both .. and water ... my plants have never missed a beat. Recharge (looking at you Scotty real!) is a must. Magic. Plain and simple.
