You need to hit up Walmart and go grab a few of their 55watt/200watt equiv. CFL's. they are the perfect spectrum for flowering. I wouldn't use it bro...I use a 175 watt metal halide for up to 3 plants. I have another 175 for any more plants. that 175 watter is more than enough to make all 3 turn into little mutants lol. I also use the 175 to suppliment UVB in flowering as he UVB causes the plant to work a little harder...

My method is to wait until after I top the plant at about 6" tall, then I let those new branches grow about 2 or 3 more inches, and I throw the tomato basket onto the pot,It will pull the branches apart and after a few weeks more of vegging, you'll see branch growing upward that you can keep...
