Okay I have a couple of plants growing. 1 looks not like the other ones! I've attached photos but it seems that 1 has screwy leaves on top. They all came up close to the same time. You can compare one to the other. Any thoughts why it is like this?

If I would have known that I would of done that intially. I thought it was harder to water and avoid root rot, etc if you start with bigger pots so you should start with small and scale up as the plant grows? I guess if this is the case I'll start in 3 gallons pots next time.
