The times I have heard of this it was because they were stealing power and someone spotted the cord. Power companies can tell when there is an unauthorized drain and they can look at the power grid to pinpoint the problem.

I have used sannie twice and both times been very pleased with his service and his gear. I won't say it's the best I have ever grown or smoked but it is defiantly worth the Benjamen's to have a bit of his gear in your garden. I actually have some Extreama seeds I am getting ready to grow out.
