idk its supposed to provide the right light spectrum for the plants to grow lumens is just a way for us to measure brightness ... I still have no idea how led lights do in growing but am interested in them

that will work ... I smoke at my place all the time and i smoke more than if I was at someone elses house who doesnt smoke or just bein out but when I even smoke small amount away from home I get alot higher

I dont take breaks not because I dont want to get higher but if I have weed its hard to not smoke it just to get higher in a few days

I am a little pressed for space also I intend on growing 3-4 lowryder2 plants I was thinking maybe the led system which has 225 lights on it and 2-3 cfls to start all cfls are 2700k so even if the leds would mostly help in veg its good

well ive been looking at some led grow lights that are red and blue ... im not sure what kelvin it is would these do anything

when needing lights in a different spectrum would a red bulb just covered in something to turn the light red actually be producing different light compared to a clear one

the 1700 refers to lumens the 2700 is the k sometimes not on the package but it seems most lights are 2700k

im new to growing and one of my plants is getting dark blotchy spots on the inner part of the leaves immediately after the leaves stem ... this is only on 2 of the leaves coming off of the same node these arnt new leaves but some of the older ones new growth seems to be fine also not the main...

I have a plant growing inside of a red party cup I am new to growing and had no idea how roots actually grew ... as my plant seemed to take off and do really well I noticed roots were reaching the bottom of the cup I planted it into something about twice the size but I have a few others that now...

I planted some mixed bag seed and there is 1 plant with very deep red stems ... not the main stem but the one holdig leaves at first I was worried and I still am wondering about it a little bit but it doesnt seem to be doing anything bad as the plant with the red stems is by far doing the best...

I purchased a few seeds online and they arrived quickly and everything was good but I cannot get the seeds to germinate they have been sitting wrapped in paper towels in my closet I have kept them dark and wet and it appears some have started to maybe split showing some white stuff down the side...

they look to be new leaves ... they got a little bigger and look exactly like small versions of the other leaves
