Being that your doing a micro grow, I would say use all 2700k lights since you don't have that much room. If you had a closet grow then you can use both ends of the spectrum.

You can use big bud all through flowering. It is fine as a stand alone bud enhancer. Just make sure you flush. I am only using big bud and b52 and my buds are doing very nicely.

If you dry it properly you should lose between 50 and 75% of the weight being that it's all water. Of course it is strain dependent and how dense/fluffy your buds are.
