Ok, I took these earlier. The close up is to show that newer growth is still pretty good. The rest is pretty bad, though. Its hard to see the back plant but its pretty much the same as the front.

I'll post new pics later for a final opinion. Not gonna do anything until I water anyway and that will probably be tomorrow. I havent flushed though, since new growth now seems ok. Is that a big deal?
