First possession charge and I don't think this is right! help! Canada

Honestly man, I'd fully try and push it to get some kind of compensation. Talk to Tony at X-Copper, cool guy. They should not have done that to you. They had absolutely no reason to arrest you. They could have questioned you, as you were a witness, but since you didn't have any possession of...

First possession charge and I don't think this is right! help! Canada

I am more than positive you can get some kind of compensation. I was arrest with just under a pound and got off scott free. I had a friend get pulled over with an HP in his car, but the cops illegally searced him without a warrant. He sued the cops, got his money for the lawyers back, and...

    Charges were droppd! :D

    Did I screw myself over?

I know, I'm aware of that, but possession charges are way easier to fight than trafficking ones... Either way, the prosecutor just asked for a copy of my resume to have a look, just to prove that I'm some not some 'no good punk', and that giving me a record will do nothing but ruin my future.

    Did I screw myself over?

Yeah, that's what I figured... The thing is possessing a QP is basically immediate grounds to be charged with Possession for the purpose of trafficking, or trafficking. So at least I got charged with possession... I don't know if fighting a possession charge with a large amount will be harder...

    Did I screw myself over?

I wasn't able to get a discharge or an alternative measure because of the amount I had in possession (just under a pound). My lawyer told me that I was super lucky that I only got charged with possession considering all the evidence and amount I had in possession. He told me that the...

    Did I screw myself over?

Legal Aid told me that I probably won't be going to jail, since it's just possession, and only weed. I'm going to University for Civil Engineering, and will most likely do a lot of travelling, so I really can't afford a criminal record. And yeah hornedfrog, most people I know that just get...

    Did I screw myself over?

A while ago, I was driving around with a quarter pound in my car. I got pulled over and the cop smelled it immediately. They searched my car, and someone texted my phone asking to grab as they were looking through my stuff, and immediately told me that I was under arrest for trafficking...

    Milk and Coke?

Yeah, that's the plan. I've got a bunch of bagseeds from one batch of bud, I'm going to use a bunch of different tests and tactics to see what improves yield, quantity, etc. Definatly looking forward to it, and testing out a lot of cool ideas.

Transporting large amounts of soil by foot?

Multiple trips, that's all I can really say. Last summer, I grew near a section of abandoned train tracks, so my buddy and I built a cart that clips onto the tracks with wheels, loaded it with soil, and pushed her for 2km. Then hauled the soil off the cart, AND it was multiple cart trips....

    Milk and Coke?

Has anyone ever tried mixing milk and coke as a cheap, flowering fertilizer? Coke has a significant amount of phosphoric acid (Phosphorus), but adding the milk will add calcium, and help neutralize the PH. I'm going to give it a shot to see what happens. On another note, this summer, I'm...

    first grow: Autoflower

If you can't find string, try supercropping it. Lightly bend the nodes and stem, until it snaps (NOT brakes or tears, but just 'snaps'), that way when it recovers, it'll grow at a 90 degree angle from the bend. I've never done supercropping during the flowering stage, just in vegging, so I'm...

    Starting indoors

Yeah, it depends on how far into flowering it is though. I usually start some plants indoors close to the end of winter, and switch them to 12/12 light in May, I put them outside once I know their sex, and they continue to flower, because it's still a fair amount undisturbed darkness outside...

Cops Searching Car without a warrant

Yeah, assuming there's no probable cause, but if they wanted to search, and told me to step out of the vehicle, and I locked the keys in. What would happen if they broke the window to search the car, even if there wasn't anything inside the car.

Cops Searching Car without a warrant

In Canada, what are the limitations on a car searching your car without a warrant? I was thinking, if I ever got pulled over with something on me, or even without anything, refusing a search, locking my keys in the car, and saying "My keys are locked in the car. If you have a warrant, break the...

    Starting indoors

If you put them out early enough (may) and if they're decently into flowering, they'll continue to flower. I've been doing that, so I have 2 waves of crops. One early, mid summer harvest, and my second fall harvest. Plus as the light to darkness ratio increases, it makes the early flowering...

how do you find the light schedule for where you live?

wwww.theweathernetwork.com Show's sunrise and sunset schedules. The weather history record are quite nifty too, I use it to make simple time predictions, as well as using it to compare how this summers crop can compare to the last, based on lighting and rain issues, etc.

    first grow: Autoflower

Yeah, you could, but it would be kind of pointless though. It would have the roots of your old plant, so it would be much easier to just use new stuff then to clear it out. Plus it'll be more likely to have bugs, parasites, etc. in it. Just pick up some all purpose seed starting soil. That's...

    first grow: Autoflower

Yeah, I'd try tying that down, so it'll end up less like the "Charlie Brown Christmas Tree" of weed plants :P Other than that, it looks like a very successful indoor, CFL first grow!
