Its flowered about 2 weeks ago and everything is looking great....but then this! What is it? .....see the little ball sack? or is that just bud forming?

Hey guys, im growing outdoor and its been in the ground for just over 3 months. It just started flowering about 2 weeks ago. I went and had a look see and found this! Whats going on is that a "ball sack I see"? lol

LOL..k, so just the damaged ones. But it does look like scarily like TMV, but im going to just hope to all hell its a nutrient thing lol
