I just don't see the big deal with getting more feedback and knowledge. I have already seen all decent growing bids oN. Google video n utube. Downloaded all I could find. Knowlege is power.

ya for a month old your plant looks underdeveloped. using one cfl for a plant is def not enough light. thats what caused the stretching and slow growth. if using cfls you should use at least 3 for one plant. and thats still low. also giving her a nice mild nut mix might help things out. check...

ya these are no sex indicators. just new growth like stated about. you would know sex indicators if you seen them. white hairs in those spots for females. or little sacks that look like grapes or a nutsack for males.
