thats just there for support. yes the tube lights have a fresh air intake and it is blown out of the room. we just bought 2 12k btu A/Cs to replace the 6k ones to see if this helps with the heat. here is a layout of the room

im not sure the exact psi of my water lines. I have it connected to the same line that goes into my hot water tank. The water pressure is anything but low lol.
