Mr Green, Happy (Dad's) Fathers Day!

lol....should be the other way around, they call it "fathers day" not "dads day" I don't think it was necessary to say one word is good and the other bad. We all know what bad dad's are called. The technical term for a "bad father" is ASSHOLE not "father" q;] Happy father's day to all the...

I think that this is a Toxity, perhaps through pH, any help please

Yeah get that ph up over 6.5. This is a typical N deficiency. Yellowing starts at the bottom and works its way up, if left alone the leaves will yellow brown then fall off as the plant uses the N up from the leaf. Buds look good for week 5.

First grow journal-Super Skunk,Sensi Star and Early Girl

couchlock is what we are after. I need a good bedtime med because we have bad insomnia sometimes and sometimes I wake up with horrible migraines. We are going for 75% at the chop not at flush. The sativa will be there for a nice creative uplifting high. Its nice to have the best of both worlds :)

    Is this bud dry ??

Dang...does the truth hurt that bad? lol. I didn't see anybody hating...just spittin truth. No problem having a baby plant with baby buds. I have one now. You will learn that people here on RIU have a huge sense of humor...so I would learn that quick and stop being so darn defensive. As to your...

Wrinkled & Curling leaves during 2nd week flower! HELPPPPPPPP!

Before you go transplanting in the middle of flower(which will also cause stunted growth)..I would suggest letting the soil dry out and see if you can grab the plant by the main stalk and pull the root ball out and inspect the roots. Saying something is rootbound without seeing the roots is bad...

leaving town ... how to water plants??

A large flowering plant in the 7th week of flower will suck up the water though. My 5 foot sativa right now drinks 2 gallons every 2 days and this is only in early flower. Leave a large fully flowering plant alone for 7 days without water and it will be a wilted mess when you return I guarantee.

leaving town ... how to water plants??

I had this happen once where I had to leave town for 5 days, 3 plants at 5 weeks into flower in 5 gallon buckets under a 400w HPS. So what I did was plan a sort of mini flush for them, unplugged my hps and set up cfls around the plants so they had less intense light(less intense light=less heat...

    Leafs

lol...right...and how much air duster did you huff before you smoked it? lol j/k. I remember as a kid eating a petal of this plant in florida called angel trumpet. Geez that stuff is pure poison and will send you to the moon and back then make you writhe in pain for a few hours. Smoking or...

Anyone else smokeout thier plant room??

only at 4:20 in the morning to honor their greatness...and only with a vaporizer. I have smoked next to my plants before but I switched to the vapo as its healthier for them and me. Never had any damage to them from tokin in there though...just a precaution.

Is this Mother plant going to revive ?

If you read what the actual question was you will see why I answered this way. This is a recommended method for transplant only, when the roots are much smaller than the space they are in. If you water with runoff on a newly transplanted plant it will be too saturated for the roots to grow...

    Cheap lighting

another 30 and you would have yourself a 150 hps. Do as suggested with the cfl's..get y splitters and hang them all around the plant a couple inches away from the leaves. There is more to growing indoors than just lights though unless you already have fans, carbon filter, nutes, cooling etc

Is this Mother plant going to revive ?

After transplant I give two light waterings with 1/4 strength nutes, superthrive and rootbastic before I start watering with runoff. This encourages roots to seek out water and grow. After a couple light waterings the roots are big enough to take on more water. First full watering I bump up to...

Is this Mother plant going to revive ?

I always ph my water at 7.0 or use hinkley springs distilled water which comes ph'd at 7.0. The ph is lowered slightly as it leeches through the soil and I end up with a 6.5 ph in the soil and just slightly higher runoff ph. I get a slight yellow runoff from my plants. You can always use some...

Is this Mother plant going to revive ?

Yep..P starts to become inaccessible under 6.5

Is this Mother plant going to revive ?

The thing is..if you add Mg without fixing the ph first the Mg will not be accessible to the plant, thus causing it to build up in the soil and it will interact with calcium uptake. I always notice deficiencies start when my ph drops below 6.4 and gets worse as it gets closer to 6. What happens...

Is this Mother plant going to revive ?

what about the ph being 6.2 and possibly locking out P/Ca/Mg? That has to be a big issue also. Here's a chart for ph and nutrient uptake...

Is this Mother plant going to revive ?

have you pulled it out of the pot and checked the roots. I would do that just to make sure its not bound or you have any root rot going on. It def has some stuff going on. Nice green mid and lower foilage and yellowing brown foilage on the top. Just to make sure...are you foliar feeding? my...
