Great for starts, for sure. If you're replanting, Superthrive can assist with the plants establishing in their new environment. Don't use it during flowering, though. I've heard mixed reviews and some have indicated that it stimulates veg growth so isn't appropriate.

I should read. I see you answered that above. My bad. Are you using splitters or plug lights into a powerstrip to get that number of lights on the plant. How long did you veg the seed plants?

God- those look gorgeous and are pretty inspiring. I had to resort to CFLs after the HPS went too hot on me without the ability to vent properly. I can only hope that my 6 turn out to be girls and look like that. How many CFLs and how many plants do you have? Would love to get more info to try...

Not that I'm such a pro, but I keep the soil below the top of the pot because if the plants stretch for some reason, I can bury the stem deeper by just adding soil to the top later on. This provides extra stability for the plant as the plant roots along the stem. It's easier than repotting up...

Note that they aren't yellowing at all, though it looks like it from the photos. They are vibrant green and the leaves are pert. I'm probably going to start LST this weekend or next depending on node growth. :blsmoke:

Yes, it is an annual- this means that it dies back and must be replanted from year to year (though if pollinated, it may go to seed and reseed itself as is common amongst annuals). It will not come up year after year and must be replanted.

Rather than your fingers, I find that it's effective to use a chopstick or like implement to gently dislodge the soil around where you planted to check to see if there's growth.
