i definately disagree with that one.... i think you should be asking how much wattage you need instead of how many plants. if you are new to hydro, shoot for whatever .5 grams/watt or something... do some math and find out how many watts you would need to get 80 pounds or whatever crazy number...

only reason i am not running 24/7 is cuz 15/15 is a simple cheap way to solve my water temp problem :P

these are off a mother plant i have on a drip system... been having this problem for a while now... slowly been eating away at my plant over the last month or so. I am growing out a new mother and going to chop this one down after i take a few clones off what is left, still curious to know what...

not to sure you will find anything like that.... 1000watts in a 4x2 tent??? thats a little unnecessary??? plus extra heat you will have deal with. i use 2x4 tents and use 2 250 watt hps in in the flowering room so the light is evenley distributed. anyways look around the hydroponics section...

thanks for the quick responses guys.... right now i am using a 300gph Little Giant submersable pump, i am going to check out this ecoplus pump, i would be alot happier being able to keep my pump on 24/7 than adding another timer to my set up.

Hey all, i made myself a little ezcloner type setup. Pump is on 24/7 and water temp sits at about 82 (room temp is 67). So only thing i can think of is putting the pump on 15 min on/off intervals and see if that will drop the water temp 7 - 8 degrees. I cant figure out exactly what i am...
