The dual spectrum lights from that same website vegged 5 plants for me just fine then i switched to hps for flower.

I was not impressed with a 150 hps. I flowered 3 plants in soil with a 150 and got 1 oz. Not much, but this was also my first successful grow. Maybe better to have 2 plants with a 150. Never had a heat problem with it. If it was me I'd go hps but if you have all the lights might as well use them...

2822, I use Stealth Hydro nutes at res change. Then during the week I top off with Technaflora. I'm happy to report no problems with mixing nutes. I too will run out of Stealth Hydro nutes soon. When I do I will run just the Technaflora, I don't think any problems will arise by changing...
