I got Promix BX from Rona. in Canada. Its a soiless medium with no nutrients in it if you can find promix hp it has more perlite for better drainage

I don't know about the other places you talk of but my Greenhouse seed strains are up to par with my expectations. even under CFLs always have to be leary though and shop smart. Shop S-Mart.. (sorry couldn't resist) may you find "Your" magic seed
