i live in ireland got em in a place called the grow shop i think there called ecolites in the u.s. you can definitly get em just google a hydroponics shop in your area

im using two 200w envirolites for veggin and im gonna use two 250w red spectrum envirolites for flowering i think il veg em til there about a foot an half tall then flower em i wont be moving them the growcab is 6ft tall

yeah tin foils bad im using mylar but i hear white paint is ideal how big is your plant

no there not i got mine for 70 euro thats about 40 dollars or less you do the math also i agree they put out some heat if ya look at my thread i burned a plant but alls been fine since i put a fan in and i see they already got a fan

hi i reckon if you want more light and are worried about heat issues you should go with envirolites in europe they are known as envirolites in the states they are called ecolites you need the blue spectrum for vegging and red flowering i would go with the 200w bulb or maybe even 2 200w...
