was forced to buy some potting soil, after what ive heard about mites and bugs would it be reccomended to leave the bags in the truck for a day till frozen, then bring in to room temp to transplant??? (would be a mixture or phagnum peet moss, perlite and potting soil)

hubbs got 2 100 soft white cfl i want some to use at the sides of the plants babies are under floro now. will stitch to hps when its time. but can dfl's be used now to give it some umpp also i dont think soft white is what is needed wha ya'll reccomend for this situation?

I am confused; I dont understand how water gets from one point to another. I am very new at this do you water the plants manually and you reclycle what comes out of the plants?
