Yeah I actually have a 20 gal smart pot that I was thinking of using for one plant under 600watt dimmed at 50% for Veg running a MH bulb, and scrogging out the plant hard with a small piece of trellis. Have you had results with a 20 gal pot alone in a closet set up?

I've got a bathroom exhaust fan set up in the top of the closet pulling air out, as a 4inch fan is pushing air in at the bottom of the closet door. Including a square 18"fan that's circulating air at plant height.
