a little water goes a long way for babies. If you completely soak the soil it takes to long to dry enough for the roots to get oxygen. Making the leaves droop. That being said it's not too big a deal as long as you let it dry before watering again. As the root mass builds they suck up water...

looks pretty good for cfls. 400 actual watts or 400 comparable watts? If you can deal with the heat and keep your temps down. 400 watts of HID would do waaaay more work more for your money.
