could be nute burn but i'm more inclined to think its a PH or watering problem..... your using a soil ph tester right? do you have a liquid tester, testing your water, water and nute mix and run off ph, this will help you get a better idea of th actual ph...

put it on top of a gas boiler in a glass gar, if the boiler is too hot, put a towel inbetween, does kinda the same thing. Not the same as a slow cure mind so i tend to to a little bit at a time as i need it, usually in a fag packet on a radiator and let the rest continue to cure.

the top few inch of the soil should dry completly before each watering, if it takes too long, say 5 days, water less, if your watering a lt every time try half every time, and increase temps at the pots to encorage the soil to dry quicker.
