Sometimes it only effects old growth the difficincy...the pot could be too small....It looks like a deficincy problem...if i were u cuz ur going to need it anyways...get an all purpose fertilizer....if u want it to be organic i suggest finiding high nitrogen bat gauno cuz it has all the micro...
