i found a 100watt cfl at home depot for $17

i was gonna do that dig around it but its right by a fence and my dogs are eatn evrything that grows threw it so i was tryin to move them plus i want to bring it in cuz its not far in flowering and its becoming winter but im down south so i was thinkin they wud b ok but i am sketchy bout them bn...
