I tried topping and I guess i fimmed it because there is knew growth..but I cut it so low I dont know how this happened...

I tried to top it...but i was told that i fimmed it because i have knew growth coming back from where i cut it... here is a better pic..yu can see the tiny growth coming back..

yes...sorry..i couldnt get a better picture with my phone..but there is for sure two new growths from the cut... I thought i didnt want that if i was topping it?
