Increase your medium... add peat/coco. Doubling your current volume should roughly halve your total Ca levels and bring them much closer to the high end of the range your looking for.

Doubt you have a calcium deficiency at 3 weeks with a pre-amended mix. The greensand in the roots organic should be a good source of calcium. Has the plant been in that soil from day 1, or was it recently transplanted?

They look fine, other than having 2 in 1 pot... dont worry too much, just let them do their thing.

No reason not to. If it's been used by the shrooms, not sure what nutrients will be left remaining, but any mycelium left in the soil should be beneficial to your grow

Not springtails, although I did have them too for a while.. seems like the springtails are gone for the most part, which I'm assuming is the work of the mites

I did have some mycelial growth on the top, but then I hit it heavy with DE because of the mites, and later applied a top feed in anticipation of flowering soon.. so I currently dont have a fungal mat up top
