How low is your light and what kind of light is it? I have had that happen in the past and it was the plants way of telling me the light was too close and burning the bud

it is a "banana" or male flower. I would pluck it out with a tweezer. eventually it will open up and release pollen which is ok if you are looking to make some seeds but wouldn't recommend it on your 1st go round.

Grow...READ...Learn... Looks pretty drastic but should be ok. Just make sure before you just bend at a 90 like that to "roll" the stem to loosen it up. And make sure not to bend this aggressively when your soil is dry because if the soil is dry, your stems are more brittle...good luck and let...
