I think you should veg it until it's something like 2/3 of your grow area, and then flower it. Good luck!

I think you should give it some more time, really hard to tell. But it does look a little like heading towards a male direction, just a hunch.

You can start a grow from 12/12. It all depends on your grow area and gear. CFL growers prefer to Flower pretty soon (2-4 weeks) so the plant won't get too big for small CFL's. You can also Flower after months of Veg and get a monster plant. Just make sure you remember that the plant can...

Upload some pics if you can, maybe it's not stretching as much as you think it is.

Maybe just get CFL's or a T5 and put them real close along with the HPS. The lights spectrum should help, and they won't stretch so much.

as soon as it sprouts put it under lights. and you want the lights to be as close as they can without burning it. if he is stretching the lights must be very far away.
