i think your unit has a 6in hose just like mine. i used 7 in insulated for my 1100btu and 1000 btu unit. in jumped to 8in insulated on my 1300btu unit. i did it to both hoses. the exhaust side get warm so insulated helps. it's $35 for 25ft so i put it on intake to.
