Lucky, they always told me 30-60 days no matter what. I must of got the same person each time.

I never got an email and it looks like my card might be here today. I apply Feb 15

Does anyone have a picture of the letter they send the card in? What’s the return address say?

I heard it’s somewhere in WV or on the east coast.

I usually have to call 3-4 times.

I would keep calling, people that applied 2/16 are already getting their cards. You might want to ask to speak to a different employee.

I’m in the same time frame as you, they said they started processing my Application 4/25 and I called today and she’s said 30 more business days.

You should get it anyday I would think. Went to the appointment Feb 15 but they didn’t receive my stuff until Feb 26

I logged into the IDPH website and it said I am unable to apply for a new license because of my current licenses I hold. I’m guessing that means I’m approved!

I know, the lady at IDPH acted like it was going to slow down. Hopefully I get mine in the 70 day window!

I called today and they told me it’s still a 90 day wait on the phone. I had appointment 2/15, DPH received everything 2/26 and said the started processing my application today 4/25 and she said I should have it in 3 weeks. I hope it’s sooner!

I sent mine in 2/15 and it was accepted 2/26 and still haven’t heard anything.
