lame, any real advice?

I am designing a grow cab. I have worked out the volume to be 70 cubic feet. i am using 400W HPS aircooled hood. airflow as follows. (room-->dryingbox-->veg-->flower-->filter-->reflector-->exaust) What type of fan/filter system would you experts recommend?

sorry but... i dont want it in stores ever. i just want it to be legal/decriminalized to grow in personal/family ammounts. the government should not have its hands in everything we do.

well i dont think i worded my question just right... i really want to know if in a 2ft by 3ft by 6ft tall flowering room what i can do with a 6 mature plant limit. how can i yield the most ? i am thinking that a flood table and lst might do it. and then again i am also thinking of doing...
