That is 60-70F I don't see why you couldn't grow it outdoors. Look around your yard and see how well everything else is growing, if its doing decent. Shrubs, flowers, trees, grass, etc... Then you should be fine.

A good way to test your hand scale like that is to clamp it on a nickel or put the nickel inside the bag. The nickel will weigh exactly 5 grams alone if your scale is correct, if it is not correct you know how much to offset the weight. I am pretty sure those are not accurate past 30 grams.
