CFLs go with CFL and did i mention CFLs, if you are not using a MH or an HPS or a t5 or sometihng than you better use CFLs the incandescent bulbs are hot as shit waste energy and put out minimal lumens when a 23 watt CFL has the same output as a 100 watt incandescent or regular bulb, pplus cfls...

Germ rate on most seeds is 24-36 hours and some pop out in twelve, what are you germing them in, (paper towel, bag, plates)?
