So I bought a 400w hps/mh conversion HID system from HTG Supply. I went through veg just fine with the Mh bulb. Switched to the HPS....No Glow. No Nothing but the hum from the ballast. Swapped timers etc....nothing. Put the MH bulb back in and all is well. Conclusion: I was sent a bum...
