Update, just had a look at my girls and they have some small buds starting so all is good i think. :-)

Right folk sory not been at home for a few days, I was talking about the running cost, I can get 1 x 400 HPS or 17 x 22 watt CFL that are the equivalent to 120 watt each so thats the 2040 watt. the price of the running cost will be the same. Oh and i think there all warm white bulbs.

now i have 5 but be doing 7-8 at most, just thinking the more watts the better

I have a question, I have a 400w HPS light but was wondering if it would be better to use many CFLs that would add up to 2040 Watt for the same cost... do you think it would work?

Just had another look, they are still growing and there are a few hairs but still no real sign of buds.... hope there ok and not going to take weeks longer as im counting on them for harvest the first week in feb. Fingers crossed :bigjoint:

They were over 4 weeks when put on to flower and it is in totall darkness up there, all covered with black/white. Cant pist a pic right now as the lights are on during the night (for cost and to avoid the night temp) Really not sure if there just going to take a bit longer but there still...

I have 5 LSD growing in the loft, they are about 3-4 weeks into flowering but not showing any signs of buds, is this ok?:confused: They are growing in an NFT under a 400 watt HPS and just put 2 x 120 CFLs to add light to the bottom. Any advice would be great.
