plants now entering 3rd week of flowering do they look normal or am i expecting a poor crop using 600w hps

pics 5 and 8 show the red spots best. Pics taken in the dark is the reason there drooping all info ive been given by friends so far is confusing ive also been told not to expect much from this crop any info advice would be greatly appreciated.

firstly had yellowing of leaves and black edges on lower part of plant and stopped growing increased my nutes and it has gone (my ec reading has never been over 1.4) now the plant is about to be entering its 3rd week of flowering still hasnt grown and all my others are now a good 5 inches taller...

indoors 600w cooltube wilma type system (constantly fed) clay pebbles and getting close to 2nd week of flowering this was also my biggest plant during veg hasnt grow since started flowering and developed these yellow leaves and black edges

used the 1 ltr pots last time and it would fit 8 of them on it now using smaller pots so i can fit ten on they are 3 weeks old and the roots are already spread out of the pots and down the trays so ive made a blunder be using smaller pots a bit late to repot them now i think

doing ma second grow doing 5x bubble cheese 5x blue cheese in a ten pot wilma type system i done 12- 6xblue cheese 6x big buddah cheese under a 600w cooltube got under an ounce a plant.do u think im best spliting them to give more space 2x 5 pot systems as i have another 10 pot system

i to cant get to grips with feeding nutes as i mix what it says on the bottle (GHE Flora Series) but having to dilute with an extra 30 liters of water and am still gettin a readin of 1.2-1.4 on my truncheon and are due nutes today growing in hydro do i add more till i burn them then dilute it down
