    Well I got a little more finished on the case last night... I installed 2 80mm exhaust fans and a 120mm intake fan they are running at about 75% as they are 12vdc fans running on 9.5vdc... this 75% is only an estimate... Cool air from outside is brought in on the lower left side and the warm air...

    if you have 1w in led consumption and a 1w resistor dropping the voltage the resistor will heat up as the heat in the resistor rises the resistance will also rise... I would over size the resistor with say a 3w... if you have lets say a bank of 4 LEDs in series and one LED was to fail the other...

    if you look at your panel say down the left side the first breaker is on A phase and the next is on B phase and the next is on A phase and so on... its the same for the other side of the panel too... you want to make sure you have the same amount of amps on both phases that will balance it out...

    Hey if you were to use a fixture with a 240V primary winding on your ballast your power consumption would be less... Balance your load in your panel can help as an unbalanced load can cause power factor issues... I was in the Air Force working as a Lineman for 21 years... And your power company...

    Forgot to tell you that Quartz lamps get VERYVERYVERY hot I would not use this to grow with and if you get and body oils on the lamp while installing it into the fixture it will not last very long as the oil will cause a hot spot and kill hte lamp... Dragger

    I have a few different wattage lamps for the box I plan on 3 each 26w 2700K 1750 lumen 1 each 23w 6500k 900 lumen lamps for flowering and 4 each 23w 6500K 900 lumen lamps for veg... I am waiting on my other 3 fans so I can duct the ventilation system.. There is be one fan for circulation also...
