the easiest thing to do is to just go to HTG supply.com its preassembled 150 is 70$ + tax. the staff is very professional and ships really fast. the only bad thing is that you cannot disconnect the ballast from the reflector from the actual plug which makes it tricky to figure out how to run...

yeah man you should be fine with even a 150w. Just make sure you line your walls with m,ylar and use a reflector. in that size of space you concentarate all of your light in that small of an are so you should be golden with a 150...hope it helps.
