But if the lights turned off when they should be on its not considered that the plant entering sleep mode?

My neighbour suffered a few shorts power Outages in a few hours… The first one last for 1/2 hour, than after a 40 minutes another one for a minute and than after more 20 minutes another one for a minute…. Plants are almost in 6 week blooming stage… Should i be worried? Thanks

Ive never had a problem with the soil for 4 years using the same soil….and the same nutrients….problem started just when i switch from hps lights to leds….
