even if u were to split them up they still would'nt be getting enough lumen with the lights u have mentioned, my personal opinion is that 40 plants is to meny for an appartment.... more lumen bigger and better buds. but hey that is just my opinion it is totally up to u m8. at the end of the day...

dude i would say that 40-60 plants in an appartment is to much. u need at least 100w per plant to get good yeilds of stunning bud u would need AT LEAST 3000w for 40 plants...if they dont get enough lumens your buds will be airy and light...my advise is to grow 10 plants under 1000w getting...
