I would also put your lights closer to the plants if you are growing indoors..that will make the plant very tall and i dont know about you but i cant have a 4 foot tall plant in my closet lol

I disagree the more branches you have on your plant the most likley you will have more bud..this may require more light though.. strain is the type of weed you are growing and what do you mean by giving it feed?

I didnt really understand the problem but.. If you are leaving then get a timer so that you dont have to worrie about manually turning the lights on if your dad is coming over were your growing your plants then get a grow tent and set it up in a closet problem solved?
