lose the foil thats what happen to me similar setup but temps were crazy high and 90 degrees it super max between 70-85 degrees is ideal the foil serves as a reflector to the light which increases the temps

what i did i have a motorcycle charger with overload which mean if it get to hot it cuts off but most pc fans have a negative and a positive wire i stripped the end of the wires added more wire then attached them to the battery clamps on the charger and it works out fine and i have 4 pc fans...

thanks for all you guys advice log story short, still replicating outdoor conditions with a indoor grow is virtually impossible to grow with no nutes because of the natural soil in the ground and soil you buy from your local store makes since thanks again guys and gals
